CEO & Founder

Zarif Zafarovich Qodirov founded Robotics Lab with his team to bring world-class software engineering and robotics education to Uzbekistan. He has more than 15 years of experience in software development and team management. He defines the company’s strategic direction and innovation roadmap.

Dilnoza Karimova

CTO

Dilnoza leads the technical strategy and architecture of all Robotics Lab products. A former competitive programmer and AI researcher, she brings deep expertise in distributed systems, machine learning, and embedded systems design.

Bobur Alimov

Head of Robotics

Bobur oversees all robotics and hardware projects at the company. With a background in mechatronics engineering and extensive experience with ROS and embedded systems, he bridges the gap between software and physical computing.

Madina Rashidova

Head of Design

Madina leads the design team, crafting user experiences that are both beautiful and functional. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating accessible, inclusive digital products that serve diverse audiences.
